Burnham-on-Sea in Somerset lies in Bridgwater Bay on the eastern coast of the Bristol Channel. To the north is the village of Berrow and Brean Down. The Brue Estuary and Steart Island are to the south.

The Birds and Moths of Burnham-on-Sea Web site aims to introduce visitors to the diverse habitats found within this stretch of coastline and to highlight some of the species of birds and moths that have been recorded here.
